Batch printing

Labels with Variables can be filled from tabular data, producing one label per row (multiplied by the label’s print quantity, if set). Variables are template fields that export as ^FN slots or ^FE inline embeds; create them in the Variables tab of the right sidebar, or via Insert variable in a field’s content editor. This is different from pages, which are separate label designs, not data rows.

CSV

File menu → Import CSV data (web) or Connect data (desktop) loads a CSV. The mapping dialog pairs each Variable with a column and saves that mapping with the design. Export batch ZPL or Send to Zebra then produces one label per row.

Excel and databases (desktop)

On desktop, File → Connect data also reads an Excel worksheet or pulls from a read-only SQLite, PostgreSQL, or MySQL database (also reachable via Settings… → Database connection), with passwords stored in the OS keychain. All sources use the same mapping and batch output flow, and a design remembers its database link for one-click reload.
